Who is responsible

Total Artist Academy is operated by Wavy Clique Entertainment LLC, a California limited liability company organized in California, United States. Our approved public business address is 13782 La Pat Pl Apt 28, Westminster, CA 92683.

Information handled at launch

The public website may receive ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and secure the site, including time, requested path, network address, device or browser metadata, and error information. Optional browser analytics are off at launch. If enabled later, they require Academy analytics consent and a separate production activation.

Shopify handles checkout contact information, billing and payment-provider information, order lines, taxes, payment state, fraud controls, and refunds. Payment-card credentials are handled by Shopify and its payment providers and must never be sent to support.

Big Digital Downloads uses the delivery address associated with the order, Shopify order reference, SKU, file mapping, entitlement state, download count, resend activity, and revocation state to deliver the purchased archive and enforce the five-download allowance.

Support processes the information a customer chooses to provide, together with the order number, edition, filename, device or browser description, exact error, and support history.

Why information is used

• Deliver and secure the website.
• Process checkout, payment, tax, order, refund, and fraud-prevention activity.
• Deliver the correct digital file, enforce download limits, provide authorized resends, and apply entitlement changes.
• Answer support, refund, accessibility, and privacy requests.
• Maintain accounting, contract, consent, suppression, and security evidence.

Consent boundaries

Transactional processing does not create marketing consent. Academy education consent, membership-waitlist consent, browser analytics consent, testimonial permission, and James Laurent music consent are separate.

Bounced, unsubscribed, complained, suppressed, unconfirmed, or invalid-source addresses are not reactivated. No customer lists are uploaded to advertising platforms at launch.

Service providers

Shopify processes checkout, payment, tax, order, and refund information. Big Digital Downloads processes delivery, entitlement, download count, resend, and revocation information. Vercel hosts and secures the website. Supabase is reserved for private pseudonymous transactional analytics when separately activated.

Total Artist Academy does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention, deletion, and security

Web security logs are generally retained for 30 days; browser analytics, if activated with consent, for 13 months; Shopify transaction evidence for seven years; BDD entitlement evidence for seven years or while a supportable entitlement remains, whichever is longer; and support records for 24 months after closure. Legal holds, tax and accounting duties, fraud prevention, contract evidence, provider backup cycles, and minimum suppression evidence may limit deletion.

Controls include purpose separation, least-privilege access, provider authentication, redacted receipts, no secrets in source control, and private analytics schema boundaries. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Choices and requests

A visitor may decline optional browser analytics without losing access to public content. Transactional order and delivery processing may still be necessary to perform the purchase or resolve a request.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal may be sent to contact@wavyclique.com. Proportionate information may be requested to verify the request. Applicable rights vary by location; non-waivable rights are preserved.

Children, geography, and changes

The products are intended for adults 18 or older and are not directed to children. The initial market is the United States.

Before materially expanding geography, collecting a new data class, enabling customer uploads or on-site AI processing, or activating advertising audiences, this notice and related controls will be reviewed. Material changes will carry a revised date and, when required, additional notice or consent.
