About James

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, James Laurent is a 25 year old Artist living in Huntington Beach, California. Starting his music journey at 17 with a torn ACL taking away his prospects of playing professional soccer in Sweden, James turned to creating music. Countless hours, many states, and too many sleepless nights later... James became one of the youngest audio engineers ripping through the Los Angeles music scene working with artists like Nelly, A$AP, Smokepurpp, Bigheadonthebeat, Drew Love, Taiaysha, and many more. 

James is a very technically adept artist. Not only does he record, mix, and master all of his music, but he does everything else himself as well. Whether it is the graphics of a cover art, banners & logos, designing merchandise, as well as filming and editing all social media ocntent himself as well. Even learning how to use 3D software and Unreal Engine so he could better learn VFX and CGI for his content. James has worn all the hats learning how to build and design websites for himself and others to link and host with merchandise and social media.
